    Progress, including bodyweight, injury recovery, health parameters, diet, training, sleep, supplementation, and stress, will be tracked using sheets and daily updates. Additionally, phone call check-ins will be conducted.

    You will have unlimited support via WhatsApp and email. We can also schedule calls in case of urgency.
